Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
If you don't love it, we'll make it right. No drama. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund or an exchange.
We'll happily refund or replace any item that:
- Isn't what you ordered or arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way (we’ll replace it at no cost to you);
- Just isn’t working for you once it’s in your hands. We’ll help make it right. You can request a refund or a replacement within 30 days of delivery. Refunds for fit or preference issues do not include original shipping charges, and replacements are limited to one per item, per order. For fit or preference-based replacements, you’ll just cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
Made just for you
Every Moodities shirt is printed to order, just for you, after you click "buy." We don't keep a warehouse of ready-made stock, which means less waste passed on to the customer and a shirt that's truly yours.
Because of that, a returned shirt can't be resold. So we ask one thing: please order one size per design. If you order the same design in multiple sizes to try them on, our Happiness Guarantee applies to one of those items, not each size ordered.
Not sure about fit? Check our size chart before you order, or send us your measurements and we'll gladly help you choose. And if the size still isn’t right, contact us within 30 days and we’ll help make it right.
If you need a refund or exchange, email us at support@moodities.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and photo(s) if the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. We'll reply within 3 business days.

Moodities is a small, independent business, not a giant warehouse with endless inventory. Every order is printed, packed, and answered by real people who care whether you love what you got.
